Product: HP 15 Notebook Energy Star
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop battery is dead, but laptop has been working with external power since 4 months.  Now stopped working with external power. when the power is on, LED on, screen blue light with hp logo displays,  small wheel moves continuously but windows screen does not appear.  Can the battery replacement solve the problem ?
