In the laptop got a little water, I've dried his external defects on the motherboard is not there but when you boot up flashes caps lock 5 long and 3 short signal what do I do, in the service can not give there is no such opportunity, how can you solve this problem?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this seems like a hardware issue with the computer. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899No Power or no Boot and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
