HP Recommended

Today I was playing a game, nothing heavy, already played it without any issues.

 

Suddenly the screen went black, the keyboard stopped working, and I wasn't able to shut it down. 

The pc was still working, cause the fans keeps on spinning, I let the battery run out, then tried to boot it up again, but no response.

 

Before sending it to check it out, I can do something about it on my own? What may be the problem?
