Example: Pavilion dm4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on the laptop the system goes through an initial start up the Win 10 spinning wheel. It freezes on the second spin then goes to a blue screen, It will then start the alternation between a blank blue screen and a black screen. Continuously. How do I fix it?

Well, I found a solution with my hours of scouring the internet and trying many things. many things maybe I should't have done, but you can't undo some things you do to your computer. The fix was so very simple, I went in and disabled my graphics card and "bam" problem resolved. once it fired up I enabled my card and all is OK! So random... but I am back in action. Thanks to all who looked and scratched your head.
