Overheating

HP Recommended
Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I know for a fact that my laptop overheated due to poor air circulation But the problem is that once it crashed it turned off so I turned it back on. As I was writing my pin so I could access it, the screen froze so I had to manually turn it off. After that every time I turn it on, it stays on a black screen and won’t do anything else. I can hear the hardrive spinning but it won’t boot up the operating system.
