PC won't boot after losing charge and being plugged in.

My HP laptop doesn't boot after it lost charge and I plugged it in. I used a HP ProBook 440 G2's charger, I received a light in the front IO of power when I hold the power button. I tried to get past it, nothing works out. Any help, I can't bear to use a phone.

Some laptops won't start when the battery dies even with a charger plugged in.  You will have to let it charge for a few hours and see if it starts then.  If it does not, that implies that the battery is completely dead -- and those often will not recharge but then have to be replaced.
