in my product HP Pavilion 15-n215tu after shutting down power buttons and wifi button remains on. to shutdown i have to keep pressing the power button..

I want the check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date


(2) Please report your results
