Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs015la

Tengo el problema de la pantalla azul que dice thread stuck in device driver, además se me congela la pantalla cada 5 minutos o menos y la única solución cuando eso pasa es forzar el apagado, no se puede hacer prácticamente nada en mi laptop, intenté de todo y además tiene los drivers actualizados pero el problema persiste.
