Product: pavilion 11-n012dx

Hello,
I'm having issues turning on my laptop. The power button doesn't seem to be working. When I press down on the button to turn the power on I can't feel the button click and the LED light doesn't go on either.

Would appreciate any help on the matter.

Hi,

If you can not feel the click, it is most likely the power button. You can take a look at the power button board and see if it is still in place and if needed replace.

The part number is 755733-001

you can find online with a search with part number

 

On page 43 of service manual you can see the steps to replace/fix the power button.
