Product: Pavilion dv6 7172-er
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good afternoon. After replacing the HDD with an SSD(250GB) and installing Windows 10(64-bit), the laptop sometimes loads the system and sometimes does not see the SSD. The "a disk read error occurred" error POPs up. SSD working, checked. The BIOS is updated to "F. 2D Rev. A". after returning the HDD, the laptop works without errors.

Please help me with installing SSD(250GB). Why does the laptop work with SSD unstable? Thank you.

We tried to connect a second disk-120 GB Kingston SSDNOW 120 V300, when loading the laptop gave an F3O error.

Could there be a problem in the connector cable?

HDD works, but no SSD.
