Product: Pavilion laptop

I’ve tried all hard resets - when the power cable to plugged in it has a slow flashing orange light next to the charging port. It was left to charge for 2 hours but won’t show any sign of life when the power button is pressed.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on. 

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

  • Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours sometimes this fixes the issue.
