Product: HP ProBook 635 Aero G7 Notebook PC (182W0AV)

At each power on the capslock blinking 7 (slow?) times. The PC doesn't react to any tentative to recover the BIOS wit win+b or win+v.ny tentative to restore. The SSD seems to be bitlocked protected even if I never enabled this feature. On my Microsoft account there are no bitlocker pwwd associated to my pc. How I can recover the bios, at least one time to recover the data from the SSD, or where the bitlocker pwwd could be stored? The PC was provided by Hp with pre installed win 10.
