Product: Hp compaq Presario CQ60
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When l switch on my laptop the very first time, it powers on until l can see the windows 10 icon after which it switches itself off. Upon trying the second time it powers on fully until l can see the desktop and begin using it normally like other laptops. My problem is that it was not like that because l did not need to switch on my laptop twice instead it was once and everything was set. Is there any way l can set things back to the way they were whereby l switch it on once.
