i bought this laptop 6 months back and it was all working perfectly with Windows 8.1 until I upgraded it to Windows 10. When i shut it down everything turns off except for the power light and it keeps on forever. In order to turn the light off i have to press and hold power button for around 6-7 seconds and then it turns off. i tried updating the bios with windows bios because Windows 10 BIOS is not available for my pc. Please help, i will be grateful.

Update the graphics driver for power isssues. The choice of the Windows 10 graphics driver softpaq to install depends on the graphics features your notebok was ordered with.
If your notebook is a switchable graphics model with an NVIDIA discrete adapter install the following NVIDIA driver softpaq. It will install the NVIDIA and Intel drivers. Do not Install the Intel driver sofpaq seperately!

If your notebook is an Intel graphics solution only model, install the folowing driver:

I did all of this and power led remained on. It said was i was reverting to older chipset driver, yet everything is as before. I have tried everything to get to shut down normally without me again having to hold power button in to fully shut down?
