Product: Elitebook x360 1040 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Helll all,

 

I'm stuck in the Power-On authentication screen on my Elitebook x360 1040 G6.

The fingerprint is not recognized anymore and i forgot the password set.

I tried F1, F2, F8, F12, Esc but they all fail. Still loading this white screen.

Please help.
