HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0979nz

Hello
My HP Spectre x360-13-aw0979nz laptop with the serial number 5CD013HJKB is exhibiting the following behavior:

  • It can no longer be turned on, and the power button flashes with the following pattern: it stays lit for 5 seconds, then goes dark for 9 seconds... and so on.
  • This only happens when the laptop is open. When the laptop is closed, the LED remains off.
  • When the LED lights up, both fans spin for about 1 second.

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:

  • Hard reset by holding the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Removed and reinserted the battery.
  • Hard reset with only the battery or external power supply.

Is there anything else what i could try?

Best regards
Ivo
