Product: ProBook 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to use fingerprint for power-on authentication and create it for my user then try to use three fingerprint it gave me message this user already used

then i delete the authentication and try again and restart i found only "mycomputername\sqlexpress02", "mycomputername\sqlexpress04", "mycomputername\sqlexpress06", "mycomputername\sqlexpress08", "mycomputername\sqlexpress11"

my computer AND USER name: "PLANNING-HP\MUAZ" not found and it's password faild and also finger print not recognized.

 

i sent the invoice and request to support and stil waiting
