Good morning, I have no clue what the power on password is for my laptop . After three attempts it gives me system disabled I 53283695 , I tried removing the battery to clear the cmos but its still asking me for a "administrator password or power on password "

I called HP support and all they wanted was money for a password that i never put on there. So i pretty much can't use my laptop or fork over more money to HP for a laptop that isn't even a year old. I'm pretty sure extortion is illegal in the US. This makes me never wanna buy another HP product.
