Product: HP 15-f033wm

The owner of this laptop is an 87 year old gentleman.  He has forgotten the power on (BIOS) password.  After 3 tries it gives a number 8468092.  Is it possible to do a hardware reset on the motherboard?  any way to reset this password would be welome.  Thank You
