Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I took my computer to a tech shop to have them remove a virus and they installed a power on password. I have the power on password and I can get into my desktop but when I go to the access the bios the power on password they gave me doesn't work. the number I get is 54172289. I have tried my administrator password like it asks for but that doesn't work either.

 

 Any ideas?
