Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

When I open my laptop it initially showing entering 3rd party option RoM management. Then it is showing drivers folder where it is showing devices list and drivers health and exist option. I am not being able to set it or continue the main functions and also not being able to open the main windows and run the laptop smoothly. Please help me with it as soon as possible
