Powerpack in Powerup Backpack not working

I tried to charge it with my laptop charger (HP Envy), but the only thing it does is flashing the four lights. I left it charging overnight, but no change.

I find it funny, that there was no charger in the box. You have to have HP laptop to charge it, there is no other way 😄

Did you try with a different charger?
