Hi, i brought my laptop HP Omen to Euronics for an assistance because my screen was black with green line. So i asked if i could put my laptop under warranty. My laptop was brought in June 2021, so the warranty is still available. Today i toke my laptop back but HP didn't help me with the problem because the damage was submitted by accidental error. So i ask you what is this problem? Here my serial number and my CSO number.
