Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I'll come straight to the point.

  • If i turn on the laptop and then immediately shut it down maybe after 5 mins with no heavy use, it perfectly shuts down and the LED on the power button turns off.
  • Now if i turn on the laptop and do some gaming for maybe 1/2 hour, just warm up the laptop and then shut it down, the screen turns off but the LED on the power button won't go off, i have to hold down the power button to turn it off.
  • Things i've tried: Turned off Fast Shutdown in the Control Panel.
