Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (1W9Z6AV)

I have a problem with the boot of the computer it shows a message about tpm data and it gives me two options one saying yes and another saying no. I haven't done anything it began to show this message a while ago but I couldn't find a way to contact you. Now the problem it is huge as my computer is really slow in the boot and the fans in the computer are going really loud the past WEEKS also due to this it had shown the message of overheating in the boot. Also the last week's I couldn't close it due to this thing it was continuously boot whereas I had pressed the turn off and not the restart. PLEASE CONTACT!
