I don't know why but my computer doesn't start at first-time, I trying many time and I don't know when my computer will start. I Don't know if this problem is about hardware or software, also sometimes when my computer start the screen freezing and I have to restart and comeback the problem cause I can't start at first time and I have trying many time again.

the battery is good. Sometimes shows a blue screen when you can restart and repair

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Check RAM (Memory)

Press Win + R, type mdsched.exe, and press Enter.

Choose Restart now and check.

 

Check Hard Drive

If the computer starts:

Press Win + R, type cmd, right-click → Run as Admin.

Type: chkdsk C: /f /r

Press Enter and restart.

 

Check for System File Errors

Open Command Prompt as Admin and type: sfc /scannow

 

Create Windows Repair USB (if it doesn’t start)

Use another PC to make a USB:

Go to: microsoft.com/software-download

Download Media Creation Tool and follow steps.

Boot your broken computer with this USB.

Choose Startup Repair or Reinstall Windows.
