Microsoft Windows 11

Probook 440g8will not boot. The power light and caps lock light are both on solid. If I hold the power button down for about 15 seconds the lights go out, but come back on as soon as I release the button. Nothing else, fan doesn't run, screen is black, no beep codes.

I've tried the keyboard BIOS reset. I removed the main battery and BIOS battery and let it sit for a few hours. After reassembly, same problem. Any suggestions?
