Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It worked fine since purchase, completely crapped out and I dont even use this that much, Now the battery is not charging,  I cant turn on for some reason? I tried the hard reset I found on the forums with no help at all. This is very dissapointing considering the amount of money paid for this and having it fail already. HELP ME HP,  I have been a devout HP follower for years but am losing patience quickly.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not powering on.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Are you able to power on the computer with the charger?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Worse than I thought. I had a local computer repair shop open the back cover and there’s a burn mark through one of the circuit board labels! HP how can we fix this ? I paid a lot of money for this laptop and need for work , please help me !!!
