Product dissatisfaction and overall displeasure with product

HP ENVY x360 - 13m-ag0001dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop won’t start. However when it does it is under special circumstances the screen has to up below an 90 degree angle and the right side of laptop has to be raised of the surface then can it work, but only momentarily because the laptop fans will be begin to get loud and kills the laptop. I’m very frustrated and need support.
