Product: pavilion laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

On startup my laptop shows product information not valid for everything from product name to ct number. What can I do to fix this?

This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
