RCD bootable drive cost?

I contacted HP Support for helping me to use HP Cloud Recovery because my product ID is invalid, then the technical team suggest to send the RCD to my address on charge basis to re-image the windows but when I ask how much is it they cannot answer it and told me to wait the payment link via email.

does anyone has the same experience like this before? I just want to know how much is it.

The parts list for your notebook indicate that it came with Windows from HP:

HP PartSurfer

I can confirm that the product number is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool at this time.

It may be that HP has not uploaded the recovery image for that product number to the cloud recovery database yet.

I had to wait for months for HP to upload the recovery image for my notebook after I bought it.

In any event, you should be able to reinstall W11 for free by making a bootable USB flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
