Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R8AV)

Hi,

 

I'm encountering serious issues with my Envy x360 with BSODs and restarts. Sometimes it will be a BSOD, sometimes the screen will go black and the laptop will reboot. These happen randomly at least once but usually several times a day.

 

As far as i can tell, the details are always the same:

 

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c000001d, 0xfffff80320c6f834, 0xfffff80326ba9900, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\120923-12734-01.dmp. Report Id: 349a0cbe-364e-4c17-a46b-bb0b73786b84.

 

Does anyone know what might be the cause and how it can be resolved?
