Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop randomly reboots without warning. Whether it’s plugged in with AC, docking station, or on battery power. No peripherals attached. Below from “Event Viewer”:

ISSUE: Critical Error: “The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.”

  • HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 IDS Base Model
  • Win 11 Home
  • AMD Ryzen 7 5700U w/Radeon Graphics, 1801 Mhz, 8 Core
  • Bios updated: Insyde F.13
  • Updated all Drivers, including AMD Adrenalin Edition Version 24.3.1.
  • Ran all HP Hardware diagnostics. PASSED
  • System optimized by HP
  •  I disabled all non-essential apps from running at startup etc.
  • Ran “SF /Scannow”
  • Changed Advanced Power settings in Control Panel
    • Changed Battery and Sleep to NEVER
    • Turned Off Fast Startup
  • Worked with Microsoft technical Support via Phone and did clean install of Win 11 after they tried various setting changes over the course of 4 days.
  • Took Laptop to Geek Squad for solution.
    • Swapped out for new WD SSD HD 1TB. ($80 bucks wasted.)

One of the many thousands of internet solutions recommended was to go to the BIOS and change the Vcore offset & increase to 50mV.

I HAVE NOT DONE THIS. The HP controlled BIOS does not allow for Advanced settings.

Issue still persists. Please Help. I have seen many people having this issue with no real solution. I have tried all the above and more.
