I have already had the pc into an HP authorized repair center (UBreakIFix) and they were unable to find the problem. I randomly receive the blue screen listed below. Approximately two or three times a week (started way less often). I'd like to be able to send the pc back to HP for repairs and would purchase a CarePack (if that's an acceptable course of action), but I can not find a simple email address to ask the question directly to HP.
