Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, 

 

Very recently (past few days), my laptop has been crashing fairly regularly - sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes 2 hours, but with no errors in the event log. The screen and audio freezes and the caps lock light will no longer turn on or off; forcing me to hard reset the laptop every time it crashes. It seems to have started around the same time I installed a win10 security update although this could be purely coincidental. Grateful in advance for any help.
