HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000 (23T75AV)

A little bit ago, my HP Pavillion x360 convertible's hinge stopped moving suddenly and became really stiff, causing the back cover to snap around where the hinge is connected behind the screen. At first, I thought it wasn't a big deal. Until the LCD cable started sparking. After a bit when I went to check my **bleep** for a moment, the screen went pitch black (like it was powered off) but the power button still said it was on and the charging light said it was charging. I bought a new hinge and cable but now it won't power on and the LEDs to indicate charging and being powered on won't turn on. Also, there's a surface crack on the screen but I don't know if that changes anything.

Any idea how to fix this?
