Envy 13-ad173cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

USB type C & Bluetooth died just after warranty; repair claims MB was repaired & new OS Win 10 Home installed, but HP system recovery failed with "Restoration Incomplete" message. Error logs saved from Recovery Manager menu, and restoration logs (but have not examined closely). Also found BIOS now passworded, indicating MB belonged previously to someone else. How do I:

1. reset BIOS password

2. fix the current incomplete restoration (Win 10 present but does not allow login, goes to failed restoration message as above), OR do a new complete restoration (need an image or installation package)

Thanks for your help!
