Product: HP Mini 210-1097NR

I don't know the administrator / power on password.  After 3 wrong entries, I get the following error message:

 

System Disable [ 50382384 ].

 

Please provide me a password I can use to start my notebook.

Thank you so much for that info; the "system disabled" screen cleared, but now I just have a flashing cursor.  Is there a next step I should take?  Please advise.  Thanks again.
