Bought a laptop from a school they didn't take anything off tried to reset by video now it says to install operation system for hard disk it is a zorin 12 product L8E48UT#ABA

The parts list indicates that it came with Windows 8.1 from HP.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

You can download the W8.1 ISO file from the link below.  Select the plain W8.1 64-bit file.

 

Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)

 

Use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

 

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

 

Set up the Rufus menu exactly as you see it in the illustration for Windows installations on the Rufus webpage.

 

After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the 350 G2 notebook's support page.
