Product: Hp pavilion series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My laptop kept saying it won’t connect to my WiFi even though every other device will, so I tried restoring & when it turned back on is asking for an administrator password or power on password in a blue screen! Help!
