Hello,

Just bought an HP Omen 16 laptop and unfortunately is restarting over and over again, sometimes even when i'm opening my laptop for the first time... tried multiple videos and fixes on google but cannot find something to help.

Tried all Hp system checkup and recovery tools, but nothing pops up as an issue, though my laptop keeps crashing constantly, without any firm reason.

Checked the Even log viewer and apparently each time it crashes, i have some Critical errors such as 'Kernel 41 id' - system rebooted without cleanly shutting down first ...". 

Any support on this is highly appreciated, thanks !!!
