SPECTRE X360 DOES NOT CHARGE OR POWER UP,

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello experts,

 

My Spectre x360 (13 inch) is about one half years old it became brick yesterday.

 

While I using my laptop (not connected to charger), It went to power down( I didn't pay  attention on battery level)

 

Even after connected to charger over night, it failed to power up.

 

Basically it's brick - no charging sign, no power up 

 

I tried 15 second reset therapy but it didn't help either.

 

Anyone has any idea?

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
