Product: HP Pavilion x360

I bought this used computer recently and reset everything. Now whenever I turn it on it takes forever to load up the home page. I cannot click anything. It gives me the loading circle. And after 5 min or so it completely freezes, mouse wont move, no buttons work, even when I put it into tablet mode the touch screen doesn't work.

I've done the system tests and it says everything passes. I cant update anything because its slow and freezes.. What should  I do?
