Product: Hp stream 11

Need help  Just bought this laptop from someone on Facebook and when I got jt home and power it on, it's blinking black with little white curser in top left corner, then hp logo.. I tried the windows, B, and power button, got the BIOS UPDATE, did that, ... still.. nothingwhat do I do???

Hi,

What is the exact model number of the Stream?

Model number

Try performing HP diagnostics at boot and see if there are any hardware errors

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continuously keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

The next step would be to try to reinstall the OS. Let me know the outcome of the tests above.
