Hi

I recently launched a BIOS network update in the default BIOS panel with ethernet cable plugged in, and the update went pretty smooth(bios version updated from 1.17 to 1.47). The problem came out when the computer asked me to restart. The screen remains black but I'm sure the boot process is successful.

While the screen remains black, I tried inputting my windows7 password and press win+R to run a few commands and I COULD receive feed back(like the beep sound when ), which demonstrates the windows system is booted and on.

There're are a few more bizarre things. The screen does not always remain black. The HP sign in the beginning and Windows booting interface completely go missing but there're a few times that I randomly pressed keyboard and the screen suddenly turns on with Windows logging interface, when restarting the problem occurs repeatedly.

I'm considering it is a bios firmware issue and I want to recover the bios back to the last version while there is no visual interface. How can I do that?
