Product: Pavillion x360 m Convertible

The laptop turns on but the screen is completely black while the caps lock key is flashing. The flashing is long flash, long flash, space, short flash, short flash.

This is a Hardware issue, please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
