Secure Boot Violation and 3F0 Hard Disk

I deleted a few apps for my HP all in one it popped up of a error saying security boot violation in invalid signature detected check security boot policy and set up I click OK the device not found please install operation system on your hard disk 3f0 when I click turn off security boot it tell me i need bitlocker key i cant get my bitlocker key and I can't reset my security boot keys unless i turn off my security boot
