Product: HP Notebook - 17-ca1055cl

At start up the first screen comes up and stays there. The signin screen sign in screen does ñot come up.  If I touch the screen or click, the screen goes blurry, bit no sign form comes up. After a few seconds it goes black to the first screen. I cannot sign in or access my files
