Product: HP 15 F272WM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 15 I just install some software rebooted my system turned it back on the sign on screen says your pass code no longer works you must reset it it doesn’t allow me to reset it and then let me change it it doesn’t let me put my passcode yet. I have no media how do I fix this please
