 Smart hard disk error when booting.. Can't use my PC for 5 days now pls help 🙏

Hi:

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

If your PC originally came with W10 from HP, your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally come with your PC.

If your PC is not working, you will need to have access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You have to buy a new internal hard drive, and if you don't have a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with, you will need to buy one of those too.

I do not have a Whatsapp # and have provided all the help I have been able to.

I have given you the service manual that shows how to remove and replace the hard drive as well as the link to the cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive.
